We design the PCB probe cards in-house with focus on efficient thermalization optimized for cryogenic conditions. We offer two types of cantilever probe cards: blade and epoxy style. The number and arrangement of the probes thereby depend on your needs. We offer more than 100 DC probes. RF probes will be available soon.
