Cryogenic probe cards

Probe cards are designed in-house and optimized for cryogenic operation. Our extensive experience in cryogenic device probing is reflected in the design, ensuring excellent probe thermalization, precise probe alignment, and minimal contact resistance. Each probe card is validated at cryogenic temperatures to ensure reliable performance.

We offer configurations with more than 100 DC probes and tens of RF probes. The number, arrangement, and properties of the probes can be customized to match your bonding pad layout and measurement requirements.
