Custom installation kit designed for seamless integration with your cryostat.
Our cryo-prober can be mounted in any type of cryostat with a minimum sample-space diameter of 85 mm. We offer specialized solutions for mounting the microscope head and the prober in your system. This can be either flanges for the individual components or also a complete cryostat insert or sample stick, including wiring. All components are designed and manufactured in-house, allowing fast development and adjustments.
