Probing down to 10 mK with a fast Qinu cryostat
High-throughput device probing at temperatures down to 10 mK is extremely challenging due to the very limited cooling power available at such low temperatures. We address this challenge with our unique thermal management concept based on thermally decoupling the positioning stage from the millikelvin stage.
We implement this concept in a fast optical table-top cryostat from Qinu, enabling cooldown times of around 5 hours from room temperature to base temperature.
The mK probe station provides all our standard probing capabilities, including the ability to apply magnetic fields.
